Introduction to Vina Tan A Jumbo Bags
A Jumbo bag (FIBC or BigBag) is a large container bag used to transport various products, including granules, powders, flakes, and blocks, such as cement, sand, fertilizer, and plastic granules. Made from woven polypropylene (PP), the size and structure of the bag vary depending on the product it contains.
The load capacity typically ranges from 500 kg to 2,000 kg, and it can be higher. Transport and loading are done using pallets or by lifting the bag with its lifting straps.
Jumbo bags come with one, two, or four lifting handles. Discharging is easy with a specially designed discharge spout underneath he bag, or the bag can be cut or slit to release the contents.
Vina Tan A jumbo bags can also include a PE tube liner to protect the product from moisture. Additionally, we can increase protection by coating the fabric with PP Lamination.

- UV protection: Up to 1,600 hours.
- Printing: Jumbo bags can be printed with 1-4 colors on one or two sides.
Applications of Jumbo Bags
Jumbo bags are primarily used for storage and the transportation of large quantities of goods. They can replace 20 x 50 kg bags with a single 1,000 kg jumbo bag, thus improving productivity and streamlining industrial production and transportation.
