Step 1: Choose raw materials: The materials with beautiful colors, uniform sizes, no decay, mold, dark spots will be carefully selected. Step 2: Dry and Handle materials: Chosen material will be dry under the sun for a few days to get rid of humid. Then, they will be splitted into small fiber to start knitting. Step 3: Knit products:

Our experienced artisans will use their skillful hands to create beautiful products. Step 4: Finish products:

Products after knitting will be trimmed for the last time to be neat and then dried for the last time before packing and sending to customers.

SAMPLE & SHIPMENT.

1. Are samples available? How about the samples time and fee?
It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent you by express, you can use our own express account or prepay for us if you don't have an account.

2. Are your samples free or need cost?

Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight cost. Please confirm that all sample cost can be refunded after order placed.

3.Which shipping methods could I choose?

We normally provide our customers FOB price in USD. Door-to-Door (Ship to your shop’s address) or CIF price can be provided at customer’s request. Shipping port is Hai Phong, which is 4 hours from our factory

PRODUCTION & PAYMENT:

1. What is about your MOQ?
It's flexible and can be negotiated.

2. Can you do OEM?
Yes, we can customize size,color, material and even weaving method based on your requirements. Custom design is warmly welcome.

3. What is about the production time?
Usually 30-45 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 45-60 days.

4. Can you make customer’s own brand name?
We can provide hang tags, labels or cover in your own design & logo.

5.What are your payment terms?
For small order value (<$2000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order value, we accept 50% deposit and balance T/T against copy of Bill of Lading or L/C at sight.
