Our solutions cover interior design, manufacture, supply, delivery & installation of joinery and FF&E items which include but are not limited to fixed & loose furniture, lighting, artwork, flooring, wall covering, fabricating, operating equipment, etc. Our company has an Innovative & professional design team and product team, from joinery to FF&E, no matter doors & windows, floor finishing, wall finishing or furniture, lighting or accessories, all the implement details, color schemes, material selections to be arranged by the same team, which ensure our design can be 100% landed perfectly, and no doubt on the product quality.
2. What guarantee does DONG NGO offer me?
We have a 1-year Guarantee for all our products against manufacturing errors.
3. What are DONG NGO's terms of payment?
T/T 50% deposit to confirm order, 50% against inspection photo before loading. TT, L/C, Ali pay, Cash available, Dong Ngo account can accept multiple currencies.
4. DONG NGO prices include shipping?
Our price terms are EXW or FOB (Free On Board), and you are free to have your order shipped overseas by the company of your choosing. We also have our preferred partner for international packages forwarding to more than 200 countries.
5. What exactly happens in the 8 to 12 weeks delivery time in DONG NGO?
From our contract date, our production team fully supports you. The Dong Ngo planning team set up a reasonable schedule. Dong Ngo QC team follows up on each production process (material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting, upholstery, packing), each process we will keep you posted with an updated inspection report. Dong Ngo project assistant team keep you posted as much as photos and video, we can meet with you if needed.
6. Is there any way DONG NGO can expedite delivery?
Communication is always the key when planning commercial projects. Exceptions may be possible depending on the fast communication and the accurate project schedule.
7. How do we install the DONG NGO hotel furniture?
Dong Ngo has our installation team and supervisor help you install at the site if clients need this service. If not needed, Dong Ngo has the installation manual or video to help you install step by step.
8. How is DONG NGO packaged and labeled when shipped?
All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and product code to simplify receiving.
9. Can DONG NGO upholstered goods be supplied using COM or designer fabric?
Any upholstered furniture we supply can be manufactured using COM fabric or leather, providing limitless options for designers. However, this does impact pricing and we always recommend using CFS commercial-grade fabric, vinyl, or leather.
10. What’s the lead time for the DONG NGO mockup room?
40-50 days after payment, material confirmed, shop drawing confirmed by client.
