2. I have several suppliers in China, can you combine the goods and ship them to me under one bill?
-> Yes, we can pick up goods to our warehouse from each supplier, and then ship them together.
3. How can I pay you?
-> You can pay us by bank transfer(T/T).
4. When shall I pay you?
-> Commonly, you need to pay us before the shipment.
5. What should I do if I want to cooperate with you?
-> Please share your supplier contact information, and then we’ll contact them & arrange the shipment when your goods are ready.
6. Can you help me inspect our goods?
-> Yes, we can help do that for you. Please offer your detailed inspection requirements.
7. Can you help pick up our goods from the inland of China?
-> Yes, we can help do that for you. Please offer the exact address for picking up.
8. Can you help do the customs clearance, and deliver the goods from the destination port to our warehouse?
-> Yes, we have partner agents in overseas ports. We can help do that if needed.
9. Is my cargo safe with you?
-> Of course, we can take photos & buy cargo insurance for your goods. We’ll let you know in advance if any damage or loss from the supplier.
10. My supplier has no right to export, could you help me export the goods?
-> Yes, we can export, do the customs declaration & ship the goods out to you.
